Side A. The oblong box: Evil lurks in the gloomy house at Markham Manor where a deranged Sir Edward is the chained prisoner of his brother Julian. When Sir Edward escapes, he embarks on a monstrous killing spree, determined to seek revenge on all those whom he feels have double-crossed him.

Side B. Scream and scream again: Suspicions arise when three corpses are found sucked dry of blood. The search begins for this crazed vampire killer and ultimately leads Scotland Yard to the secret operating theater of Doctor Browning. There, he has perfected a way of taking limbs and organs from various bodies and matching them to form his idea of a super-human.
